« Différences fondatrices » ou « refondation messianique » : de quoi Paul est-il le nom ?

Comment s’articule chez Paul, l’affirmation de la différence homme/femme à l’arrière-plan du texte de Rm 1, 26-27, et sa remise en question en Ga 3, 28 ? L’une, celle de Romains, est-elle première, fondatrice donc structurante et indépassable tandis que l’autre, celle de Galates, serait eschatologique et de ce fait, pour le temps que nous vivons, seulement seconde ? Cet article nous dévoile la grammaire paulinienne qui interroge les distinctions habituelles et qui opère des déplacements, dans un contexte donné.
In Paul’s writings, how are we to understand the affirmation of the difference between man and woman that underlies Rm 1, 26-27, when it is taken up again so differently in Ga 3, 28 ? Is the passage in Romans the first, the founding text and thus structuring and finalizing while the other, in Galatians, would be eschatological and consequently, for our own time, only second ? This article reveals the Paulinian grammar questioning the usual distinctions and operating shifts within a given context.
