La synodalité ecclésiale : diversité de lieux et interactions mutuelles

L’Église est foncièrement synodale. Elle l’est de manière constitutive, structurelle. Partant de cet axiome, l’auteur développe les éléments d’une grammaire de la synodalité et considère son déploiement à tous les échelons de la vie ecclésiale de l’Église catholique, les interactions mutuelles qui en découlent, moyennant la consultation généralisée induite par la récente Constitution Episcopalis communio. Enfin, le canoniste sera attentif aux conditions de possibilité et aux chances d’une « synodalisation intégrale » dans une institution confrontée à ses limites et ses résistances.
The Church is fundamentally synodal, in a constitutive, structural sense. Taking this axiom as a basis, the author will develop the elements of a grammar of synodality and consider how it is deployed at all levels of ecclesial life in the Catholic Church, the mutual interactions that arise from this, through generalized inductive consultation of the recent Constitution Episcopalis communio. Finally, as a canonist, the author will emphasize the conditions of possibility and the chances of an «integral synodalisation » in an institution faced with its own limits and resistances.
